For account, billing, refund, privacy, moderation, or technical support, contact OSINT Arena by email. Include the account email involved, the challenge URL if relevant, and a short description of what happened.
For product updates, launch notes, and new challenge announcements, follow OSINT Arena on X at OSINTArenaHQ. Public social posts are better for general feedback than for account-specific support.
What to include in a support request
A useful request usually includes the page or challenge URL, your browser/device, whether you were signed in, and the exact action that failed. Screenshots help when the issue is visual, but please avoid sending sensitive personal information.
Challenge reports are welcome. If a clue appears broken, an image source has changed, or an answer seems ambiguous, include the challenge title and explain what result you expected.
Safety and moderation
OSINT Arena is for lawful education and practice. Please report content that appears to expose private individuals, encourages harassment, uses material without permission, or otherwise falls outside responsible OSINT training.
Premium subscription questions, cancellation questions, and refund review requests should be sent by email so they can be matched with the relevant account and Stripe billing record.
