Stripe handles payment details. OSINT Arena stores only the billing state needed to manage access.

Data OSINT Arena collects
OSINT Arena collects the information needed to run the site: account details such as email address, username, Firebase user ID, authentication state, and profile display information; gameplay data such as solved challenges, points, streaks, attempts, solve times, leaderboard position, and challenge submissions; and technical data such as device/browser information, approximate location, logs, page interactions, and error information.
If you submit a challenge, OSINT Arena may store the title, prompt, answer, explanation, category, uploaded image, image metadata if preserved by the upload process, permission confirmation, moderation status, and related timestamps. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.
How the data is used
Data is used to provide the app, authenticate users, save progress, score challenges, show leaderboards, manage Premium access, process challenge submissions, prevent abuse, improve performance, respond to support requests, and understand how the site is used.
Gameplay and challenge data may be used to improve challenge quality, diagnose bugs, moderate submissions, detect suspicious activity, and decide what features to build next.
Google AdSense, advertising cookies, and third-party vendors
OSINT Arena uses Google AdSense to show ads to guest users and signed-in non-paying users. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to OSINT Arena and/or other sites on the Internet.
Third-party vendors and ad networks may also use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers as a result of ad serving on OSINT Arena. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Users may also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.
Cookies, local storage, analytics, and consent
The site may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for login sessions, challenge state, solved challenge records, billing return flows, analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising. Google Analytics may be used to understand page visits, performance, and product usage at an aggregated level.
Where consent is legally required, including in the UK, EEA, and Switzerland, OSINT Arena aims to use consent and privacy messaging tools for advertising and analytics choices. If you decline or restrict certain cookies, core gameplay should still work, but ads, analytics, personalization, or saved local preferences may behave differently.
Service providers
OSINT Arena uses Firebase for hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, and functions; Stripe for checkout, subscription management, billing portal, and webhook processing; Google Analytics for measurement; and Google AdSense for advertising. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by OSINT Arena. OSINT Arena stores billing state such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, plan, subscription status, renewal timestamps, and cancellation state so Premium access can be applied correctly.
Your choices and data requests
You can delete your account from the account area where that option is available. You can also contact OSINT Arena to request help with data access, correction, deletion, privacy questions, billing questions, or refund review.
Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, moderation history, or to preserve the integrity of game scoring and abuse controls. Contact osintarena@gmail.com for privacy, billing, refund, or data removal requests.
