These terms cover lawful use, challenge submissions, accounts, Premium subscriptions, refunds, moderation, and responsible OSINT practice.

Unsafe, unlawful, or rights-infringing submissions may be removed or restricted.

Premium is managed through Stripe and can be cancelled from the billing portal.
Using OSINT Arena
OSINT Arena is an educational site for practising open source intelligence skills. You agree to use the site lawfully, responsibly, and without attempting to harass, dox, threaten, impersonate, exploit, or unlawfully target any person or organisation.
The site is provided as a training and entertainment platform. Challenge prompts, images, explanations, scores, rankings, and availability may change as content is improved, moderated, removed, or reworked.
Accounts and fair play
You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, manipulate scores, abuse anonymous access, disrupt the service, scrape private areas, or interfere with other users' experience.
Leaderboards and points are intended to reward genuine challenge solving. OSINT Arena may adjust scores, remove progress, suspend accounts, or restrict access where abuse, automation, cheating, or harmful behaviour is detected.
Challenge submissions and content rights
If you submit a challenge, you confirm that you have permission to use the submitted content and that it does not contain illegal, harmful, private, or exploitative material. Submissions may be reviewed, edited, rejected, unpublished, or removed.
Images used in the game are intended for educational, commentary, research, or permitted use contexts. Rights remain with their respective owners. If you believe content should be removed, contact OSINT Arena with the relevant URL and details.
Premium subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds
Premium access is processed through Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from the Billing option in your account menu where available.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally keeps Premium access active until the end of the paid billing period. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Email OSINT Arena with the account email, payment date, and reason for the request. Refunds may be declined where Premium access has been substantially used, where the request appears abusive, or where Stripe/payment records cannot confirm the payment.
Availability and changes
OSINT Arena may be updated, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. Features, prices, challenge access, points, and Premium benefits may change over time, though changes will be made with the aim of keeping the product useful and fair.
These terms may be updated as the site develops. Continued use of OSINT Arena after changes means you accept the updated terms.
